The course will consist of building a fundamental baseline of strength in order to maximise the athlete’s performance in relation to the individuals sport. Improving: -Technique Saturday - 10 sessions £5 per session = £50.00 Description: These sessions are a great way of building a fundamental baseline of strength to maximise the athlete’s performance in relation to their individual sport or an opportunity to build confidence and general fitness.
