Summer Camp

The Junior Strength and Conditioning are for Juniors from all different sports and abilities. The course will consist of building a fundamental baseline of strength in order to maximise the athlete’s performance in relation to the individuals sport. Improving:

-Technique
-Flexibility
-Core Strength
-General fitness
-Balance

Saturday - 10 sessions £5 per session = £50.00
Time- 9-10am
Capacity 16
Sessions start back on Saturday 3rd May- Monday 12th July. No sessions on Saturday 31st May due to half term. 

Description: These sessions are a great way of building a fundamental baseline of strength to maximise the athlete’s performance in relation to their individual sport or an opportunity to build confidence and general fitness.

These sessions are aimed at Junior ages 12 and above.
