Practical Food Inspection CourseDescriptionPLEASE NOTE: These courses are currently fully booked for external candidates. Please do not purchase this course unless you have already been offered a place by the CPD Admissions team The practical food inspection training will provide you with knowledge and training on assessing if food is fit for consumption, identifying hazards, ensuring controls are in place and that legislation is being met. You will be taught by Food Standards Agency Staff, experienced Environmental Health Officers and Lecturers. This course is suitable for anyone studying or who has studied Environmental Health and would like to pass the CIEH accredited Practical Food Examination. All students who successfully complete the CIEH Practical Food Examination will have their details forwarded to the CIEH.
