Outdoor QualificationsOutdoor Qualifications2 day (16 hour NGB) Outdoor First Aid CourseDescriptionThis course is a 16-hour teaching time in line with the criteria of the National Governing Body (NGB) Courses guidance and is suitable for, and recognised by the majority of National Governing Bodies such as the MLTUK, BCU, BOF, SMBLA, BCA, BASI, RYA etc. The aim of the course is to enable students to effectively manage first aid in an Outdoor or Remote Environment as well as covering the requirements of the HSE guidelines for Emergency First Aid at work. This is a practical course, concentrating on what you do in different situations rather than what you know. To this end, participants learn a set of general principles, which they can adapt to different situations. We provide each person with a First Aid Manual. On This course delivered on behalf of CGO by JCW Associates (UK) Ltd who are approved by The First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) certificate number - 46/21 (873) and members of the Federation of First Aid Training Organisation (FOFATO).
