Deposit payment for a bike.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ALSO ADD THE HIRE PERIOD ITEM TO YOUR BASKET TO SECURE YOUR BICYCLE (see link below)

Please Note, for deposit refunds where the card used to make the payment has expired, the BACS system will be used

A quality commuter / hybrid bike (Ridgeback Speed) complete with 21 gears, D-lock, lights and pannier rack. Maintenance support, cycle confidence training and route guidance available from BikeFix at Headingley Campus and The Bike Hub near City Campus. The period of hire runs for 3 months after which each 3-month hire period costs £15

Charge for failure to attend your Occupational Health appointment.
As you did not contact Occupational Health to cancel or rebook, the appointment could not be reallocated and, therefore, valuable clinic time was lost

This is to order a REPLACEMENT placement badge for students on the BSc Hons and MSc Physiotherapy courses only. Please only pay for this once your course administrator has confirmed you need to do so. You do not need to pay for New badges.

Replacement Car Park Fob

This is to order a REPLACEMENT SMART card for students on the BSc Hons and MSc Physiotherapy courses only. Please only pay for this once your course administrator has confirmed you need to do so. You do not need to pay for New cards which you should have received upon joining the course.

Payment for DBS ID Verification for applications from Northern Ireland and UK Islands/Outside of the UK (Disclosure and Barring Service).
