The Leadership Centre

#WECAN – Impact & Growth is a targeted development programme designed to strengthen and empower women across organisations and support those starting or growing their own businesses. Centred around a 12 month Women Leading With Impact series, it combines mentoring, peer learning, and a community of practice to build confidence, decision making skills, emotional intelligence, and personal impact. Participants gain practical tools and insights through an EQ diagnostic, with opportunities to apply learning immediately. The programme also offers events, roundtables, and networking within a vibrant community.

The programme is delivered by The Business School and The Leadership Centre at Leeds Beckett University, bringing the credibility, academic rigour, and professional expertise of two leading institutions.  Their involvement ensures a high quality learning experience grounded in research, real world insight, and proven leadership development practice.
