Junior Strength and ConditioningDescriptionThe Junior Strength and Conditioning are for Juniors from all different sports and abilities. The course will consist of building a fundamental baseline of strength in order to maximise the athlete’s performance in relation to the individuals sport. Improving: -Technique Dates: Saturday 21st September- Saturday 14th December. Description: These sessions are a great way of building a fundamental baseline of strength to maximise the athlete’s performance in relation to their individual sport or an opportunity to build confidence and general fitness. These sessions are aimed at Junior ages 12 and above.
