If your account is found to have an outstanding balance, you will be advised that your request has been cancelled within 10 working days, and any monies paid will be refunded back to the card used in the original transaction. We aim to complete your transcript request within 5 working days.
Please note that WES requires electronic transcripts only. If your transcript is going to WES, please select an email copy, and in the ‘notes’ section, specify that you would like it to be sent to [email protected] and include your WES Reference number
