Description
If you have lost or damaged your card, then please complete the checkout to order your replacement. You can then collect it at your nearest Student Services Centre. Once your new card is printed, it will deactivate the original so there can only be one working ID card in circulation.
PLEASE NOTE – we are currently unable to post replacement cards. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Student Services Centres are in the Leslie Silver building (City Campus) and Priestley Hall (Headingley Campus).
Our opening times are:
Monday: 09.00 – 17.00
Tuesday: 10.00 – 17.00
Wednesday: 09.00 – 17.00
Thursday: 09.00 – 17.00
Friday: 09.00 – 16.30
