CPET 2026 Introduction and Study Day

The Carnegie School of Sport and NHS Bradford are hosting their annual Education Day on Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET) and Perioperative Medicine on 8–9 September 2026. Building on the success of previous years, the programme – Introduction to Cardio-Pulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET): Practice and Applications in Perioperative Medicine – will again adopt a multidisciplinary focus, integrating practical training with advanced case-based interpretation.

The event will comprise a hands-on introductory workshop (day 1 – pm only) followed by an academic study day (day 2 – all day) exploring clinical application across anaesthetics, cardiology, respiratory medicine, and exercise physiology. It will be delivered by an expert faculty drawn from the University and NHS partners.
