This event is for all endurance runners: from seasoned athletes looking to update and refine their knowledge, to aspiring competitors eager to take their first steps toward longer distances. It’s also an excellent professional development and networking opportunity for coaches. The symposium offers something for everyone, providing opportunities to share experiences and learn from fellow athletes, as well as gain insights from health and performance experts. While the focus is on running, the topics covered are highly relevant to other ultra-endurance sports and activities, including fast-packing, thru-hiking, cycling, and mountaineering
