This course aims to provide businesses with techniques to strengthen their competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Digital marketing, also called e-marketing or online marketing, is a form of marketing that uses digital channels as its main route for engaging with existing or potential customers (or clients) and other stakeholders. These channels include emails, SMS, social media, web-based advertising, and other digital platforms. During a one-day session we will cover an overview of online marketing and help you develop a market research skillset called Social Listening.

*NOTE: For multiple bookings from the same organisation a discount of £100 can be offered per person (reducing the standard rate to £250).  Full payment should be made first and a refund of the difference will then be processed.
