Saturdays 9-10am
Ages 12 years and above

The Junior Strength and Conditioning are for Juniors from all different sports and abilities. The 8 week will consist of building a fundamental baseline of strength in order to maximise the athlete’s performance in relation to the individuals sport. Improving:

-Core Strength
-General fitness
