Students are expected to comply with all social distancing and safety measures that are in force at the university at any time during the duration of a course. In the event of the introduction of restrictions that prohibit face-to-face teaching or make face-to-face teaching unviable, all our languages classes and workshop will continue to be delivered online using Microsoft Teams.
You will need an internet connection to participate in online classes. For the full experience, we also strongly recommend using a PC or laptop with a headset for our online classes. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that the internet connection, IT equipment and software is in working order. We do not accept any liability for damage to personal IT equipment.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel classes. Should we have to cancel a class, we will offer you an alternative start date (where possible) or provide a full refund. Classes are normally confirmed at least one week before their start date. Confirmation of classes are emailed to the email address which you have provided at the time of purchase.
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel the online transaction within a specified time limit as specified by the distance selling regulations. Should you wish to cancel the booking of a course, you must notify us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Your refund is calculated based on the date of your cancellation email.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.
