Course Description

Our Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management is ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. It particularly supports practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people though organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

On completion of this programme delegates will:
• Gain a range of key management skills and put them into practice in their own roles
• Have built their leadership capabilities – be able to motivate and engage teams, manage relationships confidently
• Have developed their leadership and management skills using their own knowledge, values and motivations.

Who is it for: This programme is ideal for new and aspiring managers who wish to develop their leadership and management capability.

Entry requirements: Some prior experience of first line management or ambitions to move into a first line management role

This is a highly participative and practical programme, delivered over 4 days.
